  • Admin financial assistant will receive 1% of the base wage stipend for 6 continuing education credits.
    • 1.5% stipend for 12 continuing education credits.
    • 2% stipend for 15% educational credits.

WAGE INCREASES

  • 2024: +4%
  • 2025: +3%
  • 2026: +3%
  • An additional 0.5% increase within Years 2 & 3 will be based on whether MTF is possible.

Other Important Issues

  • Increased defined contribution pension match by 2%. Employer will match dollar for dollar up to 10% of the total wages.
  • Employees may request vacation in excess of 80 hours per year to receive a payout.
  • Changed funeral leave to include bereavement leave for memorial services.
  • Added holiday pay for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve every year.
  • Extended employer option to 4/10 shifts beyond the second Saturday in September.

  • 2026: +2.5%
  • 2027: Wage reopener 

Other Important Issues

  • Employer changed to an authority, sick & benefits changed.
  • Adjusted the wage scale to equal 5% between classifications. 
  • Added retention payment of $1,500.
  • Added two (2) holidays. 
  • Employees who work actual calendar days of holidays on Saturdays or Sundays when the holiday is observed on a weekday receive double time (2x).
  • Changed DC plan to 9% employer contribution to 401a plan. Employer matches maximum 3% also.
  • Added a $200 boot allowance.
  • Upon separation, sick leave is at 75%, with a maximum of 240 hours.
